Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Insights Manager is responsible for leading the development of customer, campaign and market insight capabilities that inform marketing strategy, targeting and performance optimization across the organization. This role will be working closely with Performance, Brand, Web and Business Unit teams, and ensures data and insight are translated into clear, actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Audience Insight

  • Lead the development of customer segmentation and profiling frameworks.
  • Analyze customer behavior across channels and touchpoints.
  • Identify key drivers of engagement, conversion and retention.
  • Provide clear recommendations to improve customer experience and performance.

Campaign & Performance Insight

  • Lead analysis of campaign performance across channels and markets.
  • Provide actionable insight to improve media, creative and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support performance teams with targeting, optimization and testing strategies.

Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Define and oversee marketing reporting frameworks and dashboards.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity of performance reporting.
  • Enable visibility of performance across leadership and teams.

Market & Competitive Insight

  • Lead market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insight to support planning and positioning.

Insight Application & Enablement

  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing teams.
  • Support decision-making across Brand, Performance and CX functions.
  • Ensure insights are embedded into planning, execution and optimization cycles.

Team & Capability Development

  • Build and develop the insight function over time.
  • Define tools, processes and methodologies for insight generation.
  • Support development of analysts and junior team members.

KPIs / Measures of Success

  • Adoption of insights by marketing teams
  • Improvement in campaign performance driven by insights
  • Accuracy and consistency of reporting
  • Speed and quality of insight delivery
  • Contribution to improved conversion and customer outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • 1015 years of experience in analytics, insight or marketing intelligence
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance and attribution
  • Experience working with CRM, CDP or digital analytics platforms preferred
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and decision-making
