Primary Functions
- Perform inspections as per ASME, API, NBIC and client requirements.
- Review QAP, ITP, WPS/PQR/WPQ, NDT & coating procedures.
- Conduct vendor audits, surveillance and PIMs.
- Witness hydro/pneumatic tests and welder qualifications.
- Issue reports, NCRs and ensure closure.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors.
Technical Expertise
QA/QC, ASME inspection, welding/NDT, documentation review.
Ability to perform inspections and ASME audits independently.
Education Degree
Diploma Mechanical Engineering, ASME AI, NBBI R, CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II
