Lead the overall strategy and operations of the Inspection, Quality Control, and Safety & Security Division. Drive compliance, strengthen governance, and build highperforming teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of fraudrisk identification systems and conduct postinspection reviews.
- Develop and execute periodic and ad-hoc inspection plans across operational units.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify operational risks, violations, and root causes; propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Define and manage service quality standards for drivers, vehicles, and customer experience.
- Monitor service quality KPIs and investigate customer complaints related to safety and quality.
- Establish and manage safety and security frameworks for passengers, drivers, vehicles, and company assets.
- Lead internal investigations of serious incidents and coordinate with authorities when required.
- Ensure ride-hailing operations comply with transportation, traffic safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Build, lead, and develop inspection, quality control, and safety teams.
- Establish processes, SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards for quality and safety monitoring.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management on quality, safety, and risk exposure.
- Advise leadership on strategic initiatives to improve service quality, reduce incidents, and mitigate risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (HR, Law, Security/Police preferred).
- 10+ years in inspection/control, including 3+ years in management.
- Strong experience in strategy, organization, and performance management.
- Experience in transportation services is a plus.
- Strong vision, strategic mindset, and ability to inspire teams.
- Able to work under high pressure, solutionoriented, serviceminded.
- Deep knowledge of risk management & internal control.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant tools.
