KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Monitor violations during inspection and control operations, report them and issue violations according to
regulations and legislation through approved channel
# Implement inspection and control operations according to the approved field visit schedule and follow up on
the compliance of those concerned with the approved legislation, laws and standards
# Review the circulars directed to driving education facilities and adhere to the recommendations issued by
supervisors based on the internal regulations, circulars and policies in the Licensing Age
# Inspect training contracts to obtain a license in driving education facilities by auditing the trainees files from
the beginning of the training process and the prescribed training fees to ensure that all institutes, centers and
concerned parties are committed to the approved policies and procedures of the Roads and Transport Author
# Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the job and as assigned
# Adhere to all policies and procedural guides related to information security and protection in the Roads and
Transport Author
# Recording and issuing violations through field inspections of driving education facilities and trainers and
entering them into the monitoring and inspection system
# Data entry and field inspections of driving education facilities and trainers in addition to smart inspections of
the smart monitoring center based on the monthly targeted indicators and adherence to the approved work
schedule in the inspection system
# Immediate reporting of violations related to health and safety issues and issuing violations regarding them
and submitting the observed notes to supervisors to ensure the safety of training sites and prevent further
damage to the Roads and Transport Authority
# Recording and issuing violations from the smart monitoring center and entering their data into the monitoring
and inspection system (MES)
# Ensuring that theoretical lecture halls meet the approved requirements and inspect lecturers permits and
register trainees in lecture records
# Ensuring the requirements of knowledge testing halls in driving education facilities to obtain a license and the
commitment of supervisors to the knowledge testing test procedures during field visit
# Ensure that the surveillance cameras connected to lecture halls and knowledge testing halls in driving
education facilities connected to the smart monitoring center are working without any malfunctions and
submit periodic reports to supervisors in the event of a technical malfunction in the surveillance came
# Inspecting Registration offices for trainees registered to apply for licenses in the Emirate of Dubai and
ensuring their compliance with the approved standards, policies and procedures of the Roads and Transport
Authority, in addition to auditing the permit and updating the data in the inspection system and contact
information and office numbers in the MES inspection sys
# Implement inspection and control operations by reviewing supporting documents and papers, the integrity of
licenses and ensuring professional practices within the scope of the approved jurisdiction
# Immediately report violations and transgressions related to safety procedures to the direct supervisee
# Educate violating entities about corrective measures and coordinate with those concerned to make the
necessary amendments for subsequent follow-up in field visits
# Implement field inspection operations on entities that have received complaints and immediately inform the
concerned supervisor of their results to take the necessary action
# Inspect driver training operations on the roads in the Emirate of Dubai or within institutes, training centers
and driver training vehicles and ensure their compliance with the approved specifications and standard
# Prepare field visit reports, procedures taken and necessary corrective measures and submit them to the direct
supervisee
# inspecting and monitoring offers, discounts and advertisements related to vehicle driving education on all
electronic and field sites
# Inspecting lectures, knowledge testing tests, smart yard testing and road testing in institutes through the
smart monitoring center
