Greenland Group. is looking for Inspector - Quality Assurance (NADEC Company, Saudi Arabia)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Perform quality checks across slaughter, processing, hygiene and packing areas to ensure product compliance.
- Inspect raw material, carcasses, cuts, packaging and finished products.
- Verify GMP, temperature, sanitation and process control records.
- Raise non-conformance reports and follow up corrective actions.
- Support internal audits and product release checks.
- QA inspection experience in a slaughterhouse, meat processing plant, chilled food factory or similar high-care food environment.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Livestock in Food Science & Technology
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Food Science & Technology
- Skills Required: Food and Beverage, processed meat, Food items (FMCG), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Training Institutes,Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Overseas Companies,Group of Companies
