About The Role
The role is ideal for someone who can
lead the company's growth, presence, and engagement in the social media perspective.
You'll be responsible for running the company's
established playbook for posting, engagement, and influencer collaboration, ensuring each platform to become a top channel for traffic and user acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Platform Management.
Maintain high content activity in the first 30 days, with at least 12 posts and a prepared backlog of tested shortform videos to select from.
- Content Creation & Trend Integration.
Execute initiation campaigns for the first post, ensuring algorithmfriendly engagement from relevant KOLs and for new content, ensuring immediate highvalue engagement within 5 minutes of posting.
- Community Engagement & Brand Building.
Drive organic growth through meaningful engagement on posts, comments, and stories.
Ensure replies are onbrand, valueadditive, and foster positive audience interactions.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation.
Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement rate, and follower growth, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of reels strategy, influencer collaboration, and algorithmdriven content performance.
- Strong shortform content creation skills, with a portfolio of highengagement videos.
- Experience with crypto, Web3, or communitydriven brands is a plus.
