As Faham continues to grow its installation operations, we are looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead multiple crews on client sites across the UAE.

About the Role

This is a hands-on field leadership role. You will be responsible for daily crew execution, quality standards, and on-site problem resolution — leading multiple installation teams simultaneously and reporting to the Installation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple installation crews across client sites
• Ensure daily installation plans are delivered on time and to Faham's quality standard
• Allocate manpower based on workload and individual capability
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly to prevent delays
• Coach and develop installers on the job
• Maintain accountability, discipline, and professionalism across all crews
• Provide clear progress updates to the Installation Manager

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in furniture, doors, closets, kitchens, joinery, or fit-out installation
• Minimum 1–3 years leading installation teams or crews
• Strong technical knowledge of installation quality standards
• Experience managing multiple crews simultaneously is preferred
• UAE or GCC experience is an advantage
