Role : Installation Supervisor

A hands-on field leader with strong installation knowledge who can directly lead several crews, maintain discipline and quality, solve problems quickly and ensure the daily plan is delivered. Leader of installation crews. Strong technician + front-line people leader + daily execution driver.

Experience

• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 1–3 years leading installation teams or crews.
• Strong technical background in doors, closets, kitchens, furniture, joinery, fit-out or similar installation work.
• Experience managing several crews simultaneously is preferred.
• UAE/GCC installation experience is an advantage.

Leadership profile

• Natural front-line leader who installers respect.
• Comfortable giving clear instructions and holding people accountable.
• Able to manage different personalities and levels of capability.
• Can coach weaker installers rather than simply replacing them.
• Firm, fair and consistent.
• Does not need constant supervision from the Installation Manager.

Operational capability

• Strong practical understanding of installation.
• Can assess whether a crew is on track or falling behind.
• Good at allocating people according to workload and capability.
• Quickly identifies what is preventing completion.
• Understands quality standards and can identify poor workmanship.
• Comfortable using basic operational systems and KPIs.
• Strong sense of urgency.
