Installation Technician - Elevator & Escalator

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The role involves installing, testing, and commissioning elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and home lifts with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality installations while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow HSE and quality policies, safety procedures, and risk assessments

Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of elevators as per Mitsubishi standards

Read layout drawings and shaft dimensions for accurate installation

Conduct safety inductions and supervise junior technicians

Coordinate with civil contractors and project teams for seamless execution

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently

Maintain and safeguard materials at project sites

Assist with third-party inspections and client interactions

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in handling installation tools and equipment

Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings

Strong understanding of elevator components and installation processes

Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving

Basic English reading & writing; Hindi speaking preferred
