Job Description

We are representing a leading Western global asset manager in the search for a senior Institutional Sales & Capital Raising professional to be based in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, front-office role responsible for driving capital raising initiatives across institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The successful candidate will lead fundraising efforts, originate investor-led opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships to support the firm's long-term growth in AUM and regional presence.

The role sits at the intersection of investor relations, business development, and strategic positioning, offering significant exposure to global investment strategies and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end capital raising and fundraising activities across Saudi Arabia
  • Develop and execute sales strategy targeting institutional investors, family offices, and HNW/UHNW clients
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key regional investors and private wealth channels
  • Originate investor-driven opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with global teams on product positioning and market entry strategies
  • Represent the firm at high-level meetings, conferences, and industry events

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10+ years of experience in institutional sales, capital raising, private wealth, or investor relations within a reputable asset manager or private markets firm
  • Strong understanding of private equity and alternative investment products
  • Established network across Saudi institutional investors, family offices, and HNW/UHNW clients
  • Demonstrated track record in raising capital and closing mandates across both institutional and private wealth segments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
