  • Location: Al Moqattam, Cairo, Egypt (Company Headquarters) — 100% field-based role; work is conducted on-site at client locations across Greater Cairo, not from the head office.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Experience Required: 3–5 years
  • Salary & Compensation: EGP 9,000–11,000 net monthly based on experience + uncapped commission: a full month's salary as a bonus at 100% of target, 50% of salary at 70% of target, and 1% commission on everything above target.
  • Monthly Target: EGP 600,000 — realistically achievable in institutional sales through a mix of existing accounts and new business opportunities.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are building a strong field-based sales and marketing team to serve clients across the hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, and retail sectors.

Role Overview

The Institutional Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing institutional accounts through direct, field-based engagement (not online sales). This role requires regular in-person visits and relationship-building with procurement departments and key decision-makers across various sectors, including:

  • Hotels, resorts, tourist villages, and hospitality establishments.
  • Malls, commercial, and administrative buildings.
  • Restaurants and food service operations.
  • Central kitchens and food factories.
  • Central laundries and textile processing facilities.
  • Hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  • Schools, universities, and educational institutions.
  • Industrial, service, and corporate organizations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of institutional and corporate clients through structured on-site field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with procurement managers, purchasing departments, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and systematically convert prospects into active clients.
  • Conduct regular in-person client presentations and business meetings to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in alignment with company policies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms effectively and close sales agreements successfully.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead follow-up to contract closure and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems effectively to manage customer data, quotations, field activities, and reporting.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monthly/Quarterly Sales Revenue vs. Target.
  • Number of new active accounts acquired.
  • Client visit frequency and compliance (Planned vs. Executed).
  • Quotation-to-close conversion rate.
  • Collection efficiency and payment collection rate.
  • Existing account retention and growth rate.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven, successful experience in B2B, Institutional, or Corporate field sales.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and institutional purchasing cycles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems (or the ability to master them quickly).
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • High mobility and flexibility to cover key strategic business hubs and major industrial zones across Greater Cairo (including 6th of October City and New Cairo).
