Qualification (minimum)

Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Experience (minimum)

7 + years experience in maintenance of Filed Instruments and Control systems in Oil and Gas Industries.

Job Description

. Conduct calibration and overhauling work for the control valves and field instruments, record all data calibration report for future references

. Attend to breakdowns and perform corrective actions, ensuring adherence to procedures

. Carryout preventive maintenance activities at all plant locations according to defined schedules to facilitate uninterrupted operations

. Carry out troubleshooting on PLC, DCS, Hydraulic Control, Electro-Mechanical and other controllers of the control systems.

. Conduct troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, installation, inspection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operation support.

. Check all Instrument materials about the quantity for emergency purposes in the warehouse.

. Assists in equipment start up and commissioning after maintenance activity is completed to ensure smooth recommencing of operations.
