Job Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation and control systems.
- Perform maintenance and calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, level, and other process instruments.
- Troubleshoot transmitters, control valves, sensors, switches, gauges, and instrument control loops.
- Read and interpret P&ID drawings, instrument loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
- Perform instrument calibration using standard testing and calibration equipment.
- Check and maintain pneumatic and electronic control systems.
- Assist in commissioning, testing, and loop checking of new instruments and control systems.
- Identify instrument faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
- Follow all plant safety procedures and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
- Experience: 3 years
