Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install instrument tubing for pressure, flow, temperature, and level instruments.
- Perform tube bending, swaging, threading, and flaring using precision tools.
- Assemble and connect valves, fittings, manifolds, and impulse lines.
- Conduct leak testing, flushing, and pressure testing of tubing systems.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and engineering diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, and offshore safety protocols.
- Support commissioning teams during instrument calibration and system integration.
- Maintain accurate records of tubing installations, inspections, and modifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Technical Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Instrumentation trade.
- Minimum 5 years experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of Swagelok/Parker fittings and stainless-steel tubing standards.
