Role Description The Insurance Agency Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Manşūrah. This role oversees the daily operations of an insurance sales team, including planning workloads, setting performance targets, and monitoring results. The team leader coaches and supports team members, conducts regular performance reviews, and provides guidance on complex insurance inquiries and claims. Responsibilities include driving sales activities, ensuring high-quality customer service, coordinating with finance and underwriting teams, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves reporting on team performance, identifying process improvements, and contributing to local business development initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Insurance and Finance, including insurance products, policy structures, and basic financial concepts.
  • Demonstrated Team Management skills, with experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales or service team.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Proven Sales capabilities, including setting targets, tracking performance, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services environments is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Comfort working in an on-site setting, with adaptability to evolving processes and performance expectations.
