Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for an Insurance Agent based in Cairo, where a mix of in-office and remote work is supported. Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The role involves managing client portfolios, facilitating insurance plans or policy renewals, and maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Collaboration with various departments to resolve client inquiries and ensure compliance with regulations and standards is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Solid understanding of financial principles and practices within the Finance domain
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly advantageous
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of local market trends and insurance regulations is a plus
