1- Role Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating and managing all insurance-related activities for the company's construction projects, including:
- Obtaining and comparing quotations for Engineering Insurance, Motor Insurance, Contractors Plant & Machinery (CPM), and Professional Indemnity (PI) policies; negotiating terms with insurance providers; following up on policy renewals; coordinating and monitoring insurance claims until settlement; and managing project insurance certificates, policy endorsements, and related documentation, in close liaison with clients, insurers, and brokers.
2- Key Accountabilities
- Obtain quotations for Engineering Insurance policies from insurance providers
- Obtain quotations for Motor Insurance policies from insurance providers
- Obtain quotations for Contractors Plant & Machinery (CPM) insurance policies
- Obtain quotations for Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance policies
- Compare and negotiate quotations with insurance providers to secure the most favorable terms and coverage
- Follow up on policy renewals to ensure timely processing and continuous coverage
- Coordinate and monitor insurance claims until settlement
- Manage project insurance certificates, policy endorsements, and related documentation
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and brokers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

3. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skill
- Previous experience in insurance coordination, preferably in engineering and motor insuranc
- Good communication and organizational skill
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
