Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Insurance Representative - Senior & Consultant, located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include providing tailored insurance solutions to clients, handling customer inquiries, offering consultative guidance on insurance policies, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves understanding financial products, conducting needs assessments, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional service. The representative will work collaboratively with teams to meet business objectives and facilitate ongoing insurance brokerage activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance concepts to effectively offer and explain policies to clients
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and understanding of financial products and services
- Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide support to clients
- Basic knowledge of Finance and ability to evaluate client needs
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality
- Relevant bachelor's degree; certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage
- Previous industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
