Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent located in Alexandria, Egypt. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting and selling insurance solutions, building long-term client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves assisting clients with tailored insurance plans, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales and Sales, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, including understanding various policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage
