Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, assisting clients with selecting plans, and maintaining strong relationships to meet their needs. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, handling inquiries, providing customer service, and meeting sales targets through proactive outreach and tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed Sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
