Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Insurance Sales Agent will focus on identifying client needs, educating clients on insurance options, and recommending suitable insurance policies. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The agent will also collaborate with team members and adhere to company guidelines and ethical standards in alignment with Islamic Sharia principles.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage practices
  • Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance products and services, including takaful options
  • Experience in Sales and ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Islamic finance principles and takaful insurance concepts is an advantage
