Role Description The Insurance Financial Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the advisor provides clients with insurance and financial guidance, including assessing needs, recommending life, accident, and health insurance products, and developing tailored retirement and investment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing their financial situation, presenting suitable solutions, and supporting policy issuance and follow-up. The advisor collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with company and regulatory standards, and timely service delivery. The role also involves ongoing client relationship management, periodic portfolio reviews, and staying current with market trends and MetLife product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Finance and Insurance, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, including assessing client needs and designing long-term strategies.
  • Knowledge of Investments and related financial instruments, with skills in evaluating risk and return for clients portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused and ethical approach.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial advisory are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services in Egypt is preferred, along with familiarity with local regulations.
