Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell Life Insurance products over the phone
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
• Explain product features, benefits, and policy details clearly
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience
• Ensure all sales are done in line with company guidelines and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Sales / Customer Service / Insurance Sales / Banking Sales
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle outbound calls and convert leads
• Experience in insurance sales / financial product sales is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
