Role Description The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. This role is responsible for identifying prospective clients, explaining insurance products and coverage options, and recommending suitable solutions in life, accident, and health insurance. Day-to-day activities include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, managing a portfolio of clients, and supporting policy applications and renewals. The representative will maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries and claims-related questions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing regular performance reports, and staying up to date on market trends, regulatory requirements, and company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, including life, accident, and health coverage.
  • Strong Customer Service abilities, with a client-focused approach and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in office and CRM software; comfort with using digital tools for sales and customer management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, continuous learning, and adherence to local regulatory and compliance standards.
