Role Description The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for promoting and selling MetLife Egypt's insurance products and solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable life, health, and retirement plans, and explaining policy features and benefits clearly. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing customers, providing responsive service, handling inquiries and policy updates, and supporting claims-related questions. The Insurance Sales Representative will collaborate with team members and managers to meet sales targets, participate in training sessions, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Solid Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Relevant experience in financial services, insurance, or a related commercial field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage a client portfolio, and organize time effectively.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic proficiency in office software and CRM tools; familiarity with sales reporting is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is an asset.
