Role Description The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Markaz Sohag. The role involves identifying prospective customers, presenting MetLife Egypt's life, accident, health, and retirement insurance solutions, and guiding clients through the selection of suitable plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings, following up on leads, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewals. The Insurance Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams, prepare proposals and quotes, and adhere to regulatory and company standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Solid understanding of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Markaz Sohag and engage with local markets.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in relevant digital tools and CRM systems.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive customer interactions.
