Insurance Sales Specialist (English)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, explaining policy options, and selling suitable insurance products. Tasks include maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional service. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure compliance and meeting sales objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance products
• Fluency in English language (C1) writing and speaking is a MUST
• Understanding of Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software is considered a plus
