Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include identifying potential customers and building relationships, understanding client needs, presenting MetLife's solutions, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of MetLife's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills
  • Proven sales expertise, including negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Ability to assess client needs and present relevant product or service solutions
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
