Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Cairo is for an Insurance Sales Specialist. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance products and services, maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients, identifying customers insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role requires developing strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with insurance brokers and health insurance providers to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. The Insurance Sales Specialist will also engage in identifying opportunities in the insurance market and ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of the insurance market
• Knowledge of Insurance policies, including Health Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and building client relationships
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Familiarity with the insurance regulatory environment in the region is a plus
