Insurance Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Specialist will focus on helping customers identify suitable insurance options by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions. This role involves selling life, accident, and health insurance products, guiding customers through the purchasing process, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role requires collaboration with insurance brokers and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and policy compliance.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of various Insurance products
• Experience in Customer Service and a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage operations and Health Insurance practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is a plus
