Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Insurance Sales Supervisor. The Insurance Sales Supervisor will oversee and lead a team of insurance sales agents, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, providing coaching and training, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The individual in this role will also collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives and policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a sales or insurance supervisory role is highly desirable
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies is a plus
