Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for an Insurance Sales Supervisor based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Sales Supervisor will oversee the performance and activities of a sales team to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include monitoring sales operations, providing training and support, evaluating team performance, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The individual will act as a key liaison between the sales team and organizational leadership.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including experience in managing teams and leading sales initiatives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products, services, and industry practices
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills for assessing sales performance and strategizing improvements
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and platforms is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in a sales supervisory role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector
