Handle policy issuance, renewals, updates, and customer follow-ups.

Manage insurance claims and liaise with providers to resolve them.

Assisted in client portfolio growth and supported quotations.

Ensure policy accuracy, regulatory compliance, and organized documentation.

Stay up to date on insurance trends, product updates, and market developments.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office

1-2 years of insurance experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
