Job Purpose:
Responsible for defining, developing, and managing the Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) product portfolio, ensuring solutions deliver operational value for city operations, public safety, and smart city services. The role bridges business stakeholders, operators, and technical teams to ensure ICCC capabilities evolve in line with operational needs, technology advancements, and strategic priorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or Product Management certification is a plus.
- 8-12+ years in product management or digital solution roles
- Experience in smart city, public safety, security, or operations platforms
- Certifications: Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe), Product Management certifications (advantage)
