Job Description

Omnix seeks to engage a qualified Integration Architect to design, manage, maintain, and enhance all system integrations associated with the Digital Procurement Platform (DPP), powered by Ivalua (v182), including its integration with Oracle Financials and other internal/external systems.

The objective is to ensure high availability, data integrity, scalability, and continuous improvement of all integration touchpoints across the procurement ecosystem.

1.Integration Architecture & Design

  • Define and maintain the end-to-end integration architecture for DPP.
  • Design and maintain integrations between:

a. Ivalua and Oracle Financials (core ERP integration)

c. Third-party platforms (e.g., supplier punch-in / punch-out systems)

  • Establish and maintain standards, protocols, and documentation for all integrations.

2.Integration Operations & Maintenance

  • Manage and maintain all existing integration touchpoints.
  • Ensure continuous uptime, reliability, and performance.
  • Monitor data flows to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

3.Enhancements & Optimization

  • Continuously improve integration performance and stability.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and revamp of existing integrations.
  • Implement automation and standardization where applicable.

4.New Integrations

  • Design and implement new integrations, including:

a. Punch-in / punch-out integrations with suppliers

b. Integration with new entities

c. API-based integrations with external systems

  • Ensure compliance with the company architecture, security, and governance standards.

5.Monitoring, Support & Incident Management

  • Implement proactive monitoring mechanisms for all integrations.
  • Manage incident tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain dashboards and logs for integration performance tracking.

6.Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with:

a. Procurement and IT governance frameworks

b. Data security and privacy requirements

c. Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access controls

7.Requirement

  • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, with a specific experience of 5+ in Ivalua integrations
  • Proven expertise in ERP integrations (Oracle preferred)

8.Technical Skills

  • Ivalua L3 Integration Certified
  • Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs
  • Hands-on with JSON, XML, XSLT
  • Experience with middleware tools
  • Understanding of SFTP and batch integrations
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills
