Overview
We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer with strong experience in IBM webMethods to design, develop, and manage enterprise integration solutions. The role focuses on building scalable integration services, APIs, and middleware solutions across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations using IBM webMethods
- Build and manage services in Integration Server, ESB, and API Gateway
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs and microservices
- Handle system integrations across ERP, CRM, and legacy systems
- Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis
- Ensure security, governance, and best practices in integration design
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior developers and review code
Required Skills
- 6–10+ years of experience in integration technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- IBM webMethods Integration Server
- IBM webMethods API Gateway
- IBM webMethods ESB
- TAMM Platform
- Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML
- Strong knowledge of API design and integration patterns
- Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud integration (Azure/AWS is a plus)
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Previous experience in government or enterprise-scale environments (preferred in UAE context)
