Nawy is expanding into the UAE and has signed the acquisition of a fractional real estate platform in the UAE. We're looking for an Integration & Growth Project Manager to lead the end-to-end integration process and support the early planning of Nawy's UAE product rollout.
You'll work directly with the co-founder, coordinating across product, operations, legal, and marketing to ensure a smooth transition and aligned launch roadmap. You'll also be a key part of the growth team driving Nawy's expansion in the region.
- Own the project plan and timeline for the integration with the new entity
- Track deliverables across functions (legal, product, brand, GTM)
- Coordinate internal and new entity teams to align objectives
- Manage weekly check-ins and reporting on integration status
- Support UAE market rollout (e.g., helping define product priorities, timelines, and GTM dependencies)
- Identify blockers early and propose clear resolutions
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, or startup roles
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Structured thinker with an ownership mindset
- Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear plans and actions
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
- Exposure to M&A, product launches, or market expansion
- Real estate or platform experience
- Familiarity with UAE market or business environment
