Integration Program Manager (612 Month Contract)

Location: Ras Al-Khaimah

Reporting Line: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Contract Duration: 612 months (subject to integration progress and milestones)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Program Manager to lead the end-to-end integration of a newly acquired or strategically aligned entity into a larger organization. This role will be responsible for designing, structuring, and executing the full integration program, ensuring alignment across all business functions and delivery against defined timelines, milestones, and outcomes.

Acting as the central coordination point, the Integration Program Manager will work closely with executive leadership, functional heads, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless, compliant, and value-driven integration across finance, legal, compliance, registry, customer experience, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Program Design & Governance

  • Design and structure the overall integration program, including scope, governance, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Define the integration roadmap and timeline in alignment with CFO and executive priorities
  • Establish clear workstreams, ownership models, and escalation paths across all functions
  • Set up governance forums, reporting cadence, and decision-making frameworks

Program Execution & Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional integration workstreams, including:
  • Finance and accounting
  • Legal, regulatory, and compliance
  • Entity and registry operations
  • Customer experience and operational alignment
  • Commercial, sales, and go-to-market activities
  • Track progress against milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
  • Ensure consistency, accountability, and execution quality across all teams

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary integration interface between the CFO, executive leadership, and functional leaders
  • Facilitate alignment between the acquiring organization and the integrated entity
  • Coordinate with external advisors as required (legal, financial, regulatory, etc.)
  • Support change management through clear communication and stakeholder alignment

Reporting & Executive Communication

  • Develop and maintain integration reporting for executive leadership
  • Provide clear, actionable updates on:
  • Progress versus plan
  • Risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
  • Financial and operational impacts
  • Prepare executive-level materials for steering committees and board discussions

Risk, Compliance & Control

  • Ensure all integration activities align with internal governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify integration risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Support audit readiness and documentation of integration decisions and outcomes

Key Deliverables

  • Executive dashboards and reporting packs
  • Risk and dependency management framework
  • Successful operational, financial, and organizational integration within agreed timelines

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Integration Manager, or Transformation Lead, ideally within M&A or post-merger integration environments
  • Strong exposure to cross-functional integrations across finance, legal, compliance, and commercial operations
  • Experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders, particularly CFOs
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, time-bound programs
