Role Profile
- Design:
- Define the responsibilities, operations and relationships of a specific software module, and determines how it will be adjusted to the fulfil business needs
- Delivery:
- Participate in the Software Development life cycle
- Ensure successful User Acceptance Test
- Quality assurance of locally developed systems
- Provide 2nd line support for systems in production
- Teamwork:
- Dedication, sense of ownership in fulfilling company strategies. Continuous improvement in relevant area of profession
- Standards & Procedures:
- Ensure full compliance of all locally developed applications with the standard software development methodology used in Vodafone Egypt
Core Competencies And Qualifications
- Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Implement business requirements to technical systems functionalities
- Work and Interact with a diversified team to meet business challenges
- Effective Communication with different stakeholders
- Self-motivated
- Results driven and solutions focused
- Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- 2-5 years of IT experience
- Experience in Software development and implementation life cycle
- Computer Science/Engineering professional degree is a must
- Good experience at least of the database technologies (SQL - NOSQL)
- Java programming and one of its framework (Spring)
- Good Rest APIs, microservices architecture
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Familiar with Software development life cycle
- Good knowledge with Linux , networking and version control
- Familiar with cloud technologies and containers
- Hands on experience with API development and testing
- CI/CD basic knowledge
