What you'll do

Lead enterprise-wide integration management across Boomi and the API Ecosystem.

Drive adoption of API-first principles, standardization, lifecycle governance, and reuse across business units.

Ensure integration activities align with platform strategies, security guidelines, and cross-domain requirements.

Ownership and management of the CAPEX and OPEX budgets for the Integration & API Platforms

Guide the long-term move toward the API Ecosystem, ensuring transitions are evaluated, structured, and aligned to business value and readiness.

Lead the Integration & API Governance Forum, ensuring consistent application of standards, naming conventions, documentation requirements, and lifecycle rules.

Oversee compliance with cybersecurity, audit, and operational risk requirements across all integrations and APIs.

Ensure governance processes are followed by internal teams and vendors, with escalation pathways for non-compliance.

Maintain clear visibility of integration quality, consistency, and adoption across the organization.

Lead the adoption of MCP (Multi-Context Protocol) across AGI's integration and API landscape.

Oversee the enablement of MCP-compatible APIs, tools, and workflows to support AI-driven operations.

Establish MCP standards, guardrails, authentication models, and audit practices to enable secure AI-agent interactions.

Work with Data/AI teams to extend MCP readiness into business processes and digital products.

Who you are

Leadership & Management Skills

Strong management skills in platform governance, operational oversight, and multi-team management.

Ability to influence enterprise adoption of integration and API standards.

Excellent communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Technical Oversight Expertise

Understanding of integration platforms (Boomi/iPaaS), API management, microservices integration, and multi-layer API architectures.

Familiarity with MCP, AI-action orchestration models, and requirements for agentic automation.

Ability to evaluate technical proposals and ensure alignment with governance and strategy.

Experience:

1215+ years in integration, APIs, or digital engineering leadership roles.

Experience managing large-scale platforms, multi-vendor ecosystems, and cross-functional technology delivery.
