Role Description

This full-time, on-site position is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Intellectual Property Administrator will be responsible for preparing and managing patent applications, monitoring intellectual property portfolios, handling trademark filings, and ensuring compliance with patent and trademark laws. The role also involves coordinating with clients, attorneys, and relevant authorities on intellectual property matters, maintaining accurate records, and providing support in filing legal and regulatory documents related to IP matters.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Intellectual Property and Trademarks
• Effective Communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework in Egypt and the MENA region is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
• Experience in a legal or intellectual property management role is an advantage
