Job Summary
Lead the Intelligence Gathering function by establishing structured threat intelligence collection and analysis capabilities across global, regional, and industry sources. Oversee threat monitoring, geopolitical intelligence, adversary tracking, and intelligence correlation to deliver actionable insights that strengthen early warning, cyber resilience, and proactive security decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic
- Execute the intelligence gathering strategy and roadmap.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in intelligence operations.
- Support organizational resilience through intelligence-led decision making.
Functional
- Develop and manage threat intelligence collection frameworks, partnerships, and information-sharing channels.
- Monitor geopolitical developments, emerging cyber threats, and threat actors.
- Lead adversary profiling, intelligence analysis, and threat correlation across multiple intelligence sources.
- Oversee early warning capabilities and ensure timely dissemination of actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with Threat Hunting, SOC, Incident Response, Security Architecture, and IT teams to strengthen detection and response capabilities.
- Lead intelligence automation, data integration, and threat intelligence platform enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare strategic intelligence reports and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop intelligence analysts while promoting continuous capability development.
Managerial
- Manage team performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Identify training and development needs for the team.
- Prepare periodic operational and performance reports.
- Support recruitment, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
