We are seeking experienced Rates Futures & Options Traders/Brokers/Salesor ambitious young professionals looking to build a career in trading and sales to join our expanding team in Dubai. Please only apply if you meet the criteria below.

We are a multinational brokerage house serving clients across Asia, Europe, and the US. Specialising in Fixed Income Derivatives, we leverage deep market expertise to provide best-in-class execution services, source optimal liquidity, and deliver market commentary and trade ideas. This is a demanding role with significant reward potential in a competitive environment. The position is based full-time in our Dubai office.

You will support a rapidly growing desk, working with existing clients while also developing your own portfolio of business.

Role Description

Execution of client orders in Rates Listed Derivatives (Futures and Options on G7 rate contracts - Euribor/ESTR/SOFR/Sonia and Long end products UST futures/EGB futures/Gilt)

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (colleagues, clients, external teams)

Cover all aspects of trading, including trade execution, booking, market commentary, position tracking, and generating trade recommendations

Work core hours MondayFriday, covering European time zones (7am6pm London / 11am10pm Dubai)

Key Criteria (Please do not apply if you do not meet these)

Experience in Execution/Trading/Broking/Sales (ideally within Listed Derivatives and Rates space)

High profeiciency in English with second language desireable

Eligible to work in Dubai

Demonstrated ambition to build a long-term career in banking (supported by relevant education and/or experience)

Existing and transferable client portfolio (highly desirable)

Degree from top University in a related subject desireable (especially if applying as a young professional)
