Middleweight Interior Architectural Designer High-End Residential Studio (global projects)

I'm working with a leading high-end interior design consultancy that is looking to hire a talented Middleweight Interior Architectural Designer to join their growing team.

This studio works on super-prime residential projects across the Dubai, London and internationally, and is known for its exceptional design quality, attention to detail, and truly bespoke interiors. This is a fantastic opportunity to be hands-on with prestigious projects from concept through to delivery, while working closely with senior designers and directors.

The role will suit someone who:

• Has 3+ years experience in high-end residential design
• Holds a degree in Interior Architecture / Architecture
• Is confident producing detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD
• Has strong design development and conceptual skills
• Is comfortable running multiple projects and liaising with contractors and suppliers
• Has site experience and enjoys seeing projects through to completion
• Is proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and ideally rendering software such as Enscape.

You'll be involved in full project delivery including detailed drawing packages, joinery and construction detailing, FF&E schedules, tender documentation, and on-site coordination.
