Interior Architect/Designer

Job Type: Full-Time – On-site
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with 3D modeling and rendering skills, with a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work with a team and manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Design:
- Develop detailed 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
- Use 3D software (3ds Max) to create accurate and realistic representations of interior spaces.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to refine and adjust designs based on feedback.
- Concept Development:
- Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
- Design Development:
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design vision and client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed schedules and budgets.
- Site visits and Inspection maintaining quality and ensuring compliance with design drawings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on 3D design.
- Proficiency in 3D design software (3ds Max).
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite softwares (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
