Creating design concepts and overseeing their development, organization, and execution
Manage projects and designs through all phases of a project including team communication, consultant coordination and relationships.
Manage team, supervise the operations as well as the design implementation and to monitor the progress of the project.
Capable of providing leadership and motivation to a design team
Lead a concept driven approach to design & architecture that benchmarks the industry standards.
Lead the design of interior spaces in coordination with the project requirement and architectural design team from concept to completion.
Establish excellent relationships with the company teams, project managers and other disciplines.
Excellent internal project management skills in creating and maintaining design project timelines.
Research and keep the team updated with industry changes, evolution, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Degree or postgraduate degree in Interior Design / MSc or equivalent
A minimum of 8 years of experience as an interior design architect in a reputed design consultancy
Familiar with Local Codes of Practice
FF&E selection / specification
Proficient in the use of design tools. (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, 3DMax, SketchUp)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
A resilient work ethic with attention to detail, design quality, aesthetics & market trends
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and ability to meet project timelines and expectations a must.
Language Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English
