Interior Design Inspector (Site Based)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of interior works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes.
• Verify compliance with approved shop drawings and material submittals.
• Monitor workmanship quality and report non-conformance issues.
• Assist in reviewing material deliveries and ensure approved materials are used.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain site records.
• Support snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes.
• Support in materials submittals review.
• Coordinate with the Senior Interior Designer and supervision team.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards on site.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of site experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing works and detailing.
• Experience in consultancy supervision is preferred.
• Familiarity with local regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
• Familiar with BIM Revit.
• Strong inspection and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
