Job Title: Interior Design Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Role & Responsibility
- Coordinating and reviewing the design deliverables of the consultants and contractors, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
- Managing the design changes and variations, ensuring that they are properly documented and communicated to the relevant parties.
- Liaising with the client, authorities, stakeholders, and other external parties on design-related issues and approvals.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the project team and resolving any design conflicts or challenges.
- Ensuring that the design meets the project objectives, requirements, and standards, as well as the local codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular design meetings and workshops with the consultants and contractors and prepare minutes and action plans.
- Monitoring and reporting on the design progress, performance, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of experience in design management of large-scale retails, hospitality and mixed-use development projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions within budget and schedule constraints.
- Wide knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in retail, hospitality and mixed-use design.
- Strong understanding of the local codes and regulations related to construction and design.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
