Interior Design Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead residential high-rise interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring spaces are functional, safe, and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end interior design for residential high-rise apartment projects

Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets

Translate design concepts into layouts, mood boards, and material selections

Manage costs, sourcing, and coordination with external design agencies

Supervise teams including designers, engineers, and CAD draftsmen

Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and consultants

Ensure designs align with company standards and industry best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years experience in interior design (minimum 5 years in complete residential high-rise projects)

Proven experience independently handling residential apartment design & ID finalization

Strong expertise in layouts, lighting, materials, finishes, and custom furniture

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Illustrator or similar tools

Excellent design portfolio

Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
