Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer with strong client-facing capabilities to join our Design & Build team. The ideal candidate combines design excellence with the ability to manage client relationships and support business growth through successful deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate them into effective design solutions
Present design proposals professionally and support the sales process until contract signing
Coordinate with internal design, technical, and execution teams
Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through project handover
Contribute to brand positioning and business development efforts
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior design
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to support deal closure and client conversion
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D software, and presentation tools
Experience in Design & Build companies is highly preferred
